Sedalia is passionate about helping organizations achieve breakthroughs and success through long-term competitive strategy, redesigning processes, and developing leaders. She is a Project Management Professional and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt leader with proven success in strategy implementation and process improvement. Sedalia is experienced in project management, data analysis, quality improvement, lean management, patient safety, performance improvement, and change management. She has a strong understanding of regulatory requirements (i.e: JCAHO, HIPAA, CMS).
Sedalia has more than fifteen years of management experience and over thirteen years in the neurodiagnostic industry. She is an active member in the industry, participating as President for the Washington Chapter of ASET (The Neurodiagnostic Society) and an Advisory Board Committee Member for the Bellevue College neurodiagnostic program. She believes in reducing global healthcare disparities through education and outreach and has worked on neurodiagnostic projects in Ghana, Guatemala, the United Kingdom, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.Â
