I started in neurodiagnostics as a technologist, moved into leadership within months, and spent the next decade and a half building and fixing clinical programs. Somewhere along the way I fell in love with the operations side of healthcare. The quiet problems. The ones that, once solved, make everyone's day a little easier and every patient a little safer.
Kaizen Shark exists because I kept seeing the same gaps in neurodiagnostic programs and wanted a way to help more than one organization at a time. The name comes from kaizen, the Japanese practice of continuous improvement, and the shark, because improvement only happens if you keep moving.
